When you book a taxi or use our services, we may collect the following information:
We use your personal information to take, allocate and complete your bookings; send you booking confirmations and vehicle dispatch updates by text message; take payment and provide receipts; manage account and corporate customer relationships; respond to your enquiries, complaints and feedback; comply with our legal obligations as a licensed operator, including reasonable requests from licensing authorities or the police; and to improve the safety and quality of our service.

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting and licensing obligations. Booking records are typically retained for a number of years in line with HMRC requirements and licensing guidance, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
